We keep this simple, because we keep our handling of your information simple. The data controller for this website is Kennedy SMP Studio Ltd, 55 Hollands Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 0PA.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies and we don't profile you or share your browsing data with third parties. We use two kinds of cookie only:

• Strictly necessary - a small cookie that remembers your cookie choice, plus any essential cookies our hosting provider sets for security and performance. These are always on.
• Analytics (optional) - with your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. It loads only if you choose “Accept all”, and not at all if you choose “Reject analytics”.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

When you get in touch

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or our online enquiry form, we use the details you provide only to reply and to arrange your consultation or treatment. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing.

Enquiries you send through the form on our contact page are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Postmark, solely so we can read and respond to your enquiry. We don't use them for anything else.

Health-related information

If you share health-related information that's relevant to your treatment - for example, anything that affects how we plan or carry it out - we use it only to provide that treatment safely. It isn't used for anything else.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@kennedysmpstudio.co.uk and we'll help. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
